Lovely, loyal Bulls this health guide is for you.  As a Taurus myself, I can relate to a lot of the health issues and strengths that come from the Taurus traits. You are patient, reliable, warm-hearted, persistent, determined, and love security. On the other hand, you can be pretty jealous and possessive, inflexible, self-indulgent, and stubborn as all get out!
 
On the health side of things, Taurus is an Earth sign so it’s nature is cold, dry, and enduring. It controls the neck and throat as well as the 5 senses. Taurus is ruled by Venus so Taureans are lovers of all things beautiful: art, music, food, nature, and culture. Taurus people tend to want their feet firmly planted on the ground and live life in a very deliberate and natural way.
 
Because Taurus rules the throat, thyroid issues can be common is you have a lot of Taurus in your chart. Other neck ailments like stiff necks and shoulders, sore throats, and glandular swelling can also be a literal pain in the neck for most Bulls.
 
Earth signs tend to have strong bodies and immune systems, especially if Taurus is your Rising or Moon sign, so you do have a good start. That being said, there are several things to remember in order to stay healthy. The Taurus nature loves indulgent food so make sure it’s all in moderation (this includes alcohol!). Make sure you are moving in some way every day.  Bulls can be lazy and can easily put on unhealthyweight.
